Browser workspace

Property names, property timezones, iCal source names and URLs, theme settings, selected month, and export preferences are stored in this browser using localStorage. There is no account database for workspace data. You can clear the stored workspace from the Property panel.

Calendar feed processing

When you refresh a property, enabled iCal URLs are sent to this site's same-origin Cloudflare Pages Function. The function fetches supported provider feeds, normalizes them into date-only busy intervals, and returns the normalized result to the browser. The app does not persist raw iCalendar bodies or guest fields in browser storage.

Sharing and exports

Public snapshot links exclude iCal feed URLs and contain only the month snapshot needed to reproduce the shared view. Encrypted live links and JSON backups can contain private feed URLs. Anyone who receives a complete live link or backup can use the information inside it, so those artifacts should be handled like credentials.

Advertising and consent

Google AdSense can be enabled to support the service. When enabled, Google may process browser, device, network, cookie, local-storage, and advertising data according to the consent choices available for the visitor. For regions where Google's consent requirements apply, the deployment is designed to use Google Privacy & Messaging rather than a custom consent implementation.

The application does not intentionally place property names, private feed URLs, or resolved availability into AdSense attributes or SEO metadata. Share-link fragments are removed from the address bar before the AdSense script is loaded.

Analytics

The application does not currently include a separate analytics tracker. If analytics is added later, this policy and the consent configuration should be updated before deployment.

Your controls

You can remove browser-stored workspace data from the Property panel, avoid creating live share links or backups, and use the consent controls shown by the advertising platform where available.
