Build the combined month before exporting
Create the property and add every booking feed that affects its availability. Refresh the selected month and confirm that the calendar reports a complete result before generating the image.
The export reflects the calendar currently displayed. Move to the intended month, check known reservations, and avoid publishing an image created from stale or partial feed data.
Choose PNG for sharing or SVG for editing
PNG works well for messaging apps, presentations, and social posts because it is widely supported. SVG preserves vector text and shapes, making it suitable when you need scalable output or further design work in a compatible editor.
Use a higher PNG scale when the image will be displayed on a large screen or placed in a document that may be zoomed or printed.
Protect reservation information in public graphics
Share the rendered availability rather than a screenshot of booking-platform dashboards. The calendar focuses on dates and anonymous source indicators instead of exposing guest photographs or raw feed URLs.
Before publishing, confirm that the property name and background image do not contain an address, access code, contact detail, or other information intended only for your operations team.

An exported image is a fixed snapshot and does not update itself. Refresh the live feeds and export a new image after bookings, cancellations, or date changes.
