Acceptance

By using BnBCal Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service scope

BnBCal Studio is a calendar-viewing and export utility. It reads supported iCalendar feeds, renders availability, and provides visual customization and sharing tools. It is not a booking platform, channel manager, payment processor, or reservation system.

Your calendar feeds and data

You are responsible for having permission to use every calendar feed you add. Treat private iCal URLs as sensitive operational links. Do not submit feeds or data that you are not authorized to access.

You remain responsible for verifying availability before accepting a booking or making any decision based on the rendered calendar.

Accuracy and availability

Calendar data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by a third-party platform's refresh schedule. BnBCal Studio does not guarantee that displayed availability is real-time, complete, error-free, or suitable as the sole basis for accepting reservations.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to access data without authorization, probe or disrupt the service, bypass technical safeguards, distribute malicious content, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-party platforms

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google, Cloudflare, and other third-party names or services may be referenced because they provide calendar, advertising, infrastructure, or related functionality. BnBCal Studio is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those booking platforms.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Advertising

The service may display Google AdSense advertising. Advertising does not change the operation of the calendar tool, and private property or calendar-feed values are not intentionally supplied as ad-targeting attributes.

No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BnBCal Studio is not responsible for losses caused by delayed or inaccurate third-party calendar data, missed synchronization, decisions made from an exported image, or unauthorized disclosure of a feed URL or live-share artifact by a user.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
