Browser workspace

Property names, property timezones, iCal source names and URLs, theme settings, selected month, and export preferences are stored in this browser using localStorage. BnBCal Studio does not maintain an account database for workspace data.

You can remove browser-stored workspace data from the Property panel or through your browser's site-data controls.

Calendar feed processing

When you refresh a property, enabled iCal URLs are sent to this site's same-origin Cloudflare Pages Function. The function fetches supported provider feeds, normalizes them into date-only busy intervals, and returns the normalized result to the browser.

The application is designed not to persist raw iCalendar bodies or guest fields in browser storage. Network and infrastructure providers may still process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the service.

Sharing and exports

Public snapshot links exclude iCal feed URLs and contain only the selected month snapshot needed to reproduce the shared view. Encrypted live links and JSON backups can contain private feed URLs. Anyone who receives a complete live link or backup can use the information inside it, so those artifacts should be treated like credentials.

Google AdSense, cookies, and similar technologies

BnBCal Studio may use Google AdSense to display advertising. When advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising technology providers may place or read cookies, local-storage identifiers, or similar technologies on your browser, and may use web beacons or related signals to collect information as permitted by your consent choices and applicable law.

Advertising-related information can include browser and device information, IP-derived location, interactions with ads, cookie or advertising identifiers, and other technical signals used for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, reporting, and—where permitted—personalization.

The application does not intentionally pass property names, private iCal feed URLs, guest information, or resolved availability values to AdSense as ad-targeting attributes or SEO metadata. Share-link fragments are removed from the address bar before the AdSense script is loaded.

Consent for the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where Google's publisher consent requirements apply, BnBCal Studio is intended to use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework before personalized advertising is served.

Your available choices may include personalized ads, non-personalized ads, limited ads, or other options supported by Google and the configured consent platform. Consent choices are managed through the consent interface shown to eligible visitors.

Infrastructure providers

BnBCal Studio is deployed using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process network, security, and request information required to provide hosting, routing, abuse prevention, and related infrastructure services under its own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics

The application does not currently include a separate first-party analytics tracker. If analytics is added later, this policy and the relevant consent configuration will be updated before that tracking is enabled.

Data retention

Workspace configuration remains in your browser until you clear it, overwrite it, or browser storage is removed. Calendar resolution data is used for the active browser session and rendering workflow rather than maintained as an account history.

Your controls

• Clear workspace data from the Property panel or your browser settings.
• Avoid creating live-share links or backups containing private feeds.
• Use the advertising consent controls presented by the configured consent platform where available.
• Use browser controls to delete cookies and site data.
